The Deputy Minister of Justice and Deputy Attorney General is the top-ranked public servant in Alberta Justice. The Deputy Minister reports directly to the Minister of Justice and oversees all aspects of department management to ensure that Alberta Justice is administered effectively. The Deputy also advises the Minister and other members of government on justice-related matters.
