Human Resource Services provides strategic direction and consultation in the areas of employee/labour relations, staffing, classification, organizational design and change, job evaluation, performance planning, training and development, employee programs, leadership capacity, Occupational Health and Safety, and health and wellness initiatives.

The division supports the achievement of cross-government and corporate human resource plans and strategies.
