Used by creditors to request that their file be closed with MEP. This allows creditors to make alternate payment arrangements with debtors without the involvement of MEP. Please note that creditors can only withdraw money owed to them directly. Any past due payments owed to the Government of Alberta cannot be cancelled by creditors.
