The victim fine surcharge is a fee levied by the Courts. The money is used to compensate victims of crime and for other related victims’ programs. Some surcharges may not be waived in if you are serving time in prison. Please contact your Sentence Administrator to see if it is an option.

Victim fine surcharges cannot be satisfied through community service or other Fine Option Programs.
