A Premier's Award of Excellence Winner (Silver 1999) - This multi-stage dispute resolution process was developed by industry and government stakeholders for use in all Alberta Government construction contracts. The process is written to be adaptable for owners such as municipal governments, regional health authorities and school boards. It includes options for the use of referees and partnering.
